Tristar is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, and learning about agricultural equipment and parts in a quick-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Counter Sales Representative, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and ensuring they receive the right products and solutions for their needs in the dairy, hog, and poultry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in person and over the counter with parts and product inquiries




- Assist customers on phone calls and email inquiries
- Identify and recommend appropriate solutions for dairy, hog, and poultry equipment needs
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations
- Also restocking shelves as well as reordering products

What We’re Looking For

- Strong customer service and communication skills in English, both verbally and in written form
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in agriculture and equipment (experience in dairy, hog, or poultry sectors is an asset)
- Previous experience in farm equipment, parts, or retail sales is considered an asset, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
