We are seeking a energetic and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental team.P/T Associate required for Align Dental Care, a well-established non-corporate & digital practice with experienced & supportive staff. The ideal candidate must have excellent chairside manner, be confident with dental procedures & comprehensive treatment planning, . Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese speaking is an asset. Remuneration is 35%-40% of collections minus lab fees.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, root canal therapy with precision and care.
- Diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessments and radiographs, ensuring accurate treatment planning.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health.
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure seamless patient experiences and efficient practice operations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using dental software , Cleardent for documentation and billing purposes.
- Stay current with the latest dental techniques and technologies and systems for restorative procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control standards, and legal regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Skills
- Proven experience as a practicing dentist with strong clinical skills in general dentistry.
- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry (Pediatrics) is a plus, enabling compassionate care for young patients. Is an asset
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental diagnoses and treatments for effective communication with healthcare providers.
- Experience working in a busy dental office environment with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to utilize Digital technology
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to educate patients clearly and build trusting relationships.
