We’re currently looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Fredericton team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receiving & Inspection

- Unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently
- Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
- Inspect materials for shortages, defects, or damage
- Report discrepancies and damaged goods promptly

2. Inventory Management

- Organize, label, and properly store inventory and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and records
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory counts
- Help ensure inventory accuracy and warehouse organization

3. Order Fulfillment

- Pick, pack, and stage customer and contractor orders accurately
- Prepare materials for delivery or customer pickup
- Verify orders prior to shipment or release
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles

4. Equipment Operation & Safety

- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
- Follow all company safety procedures and regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment




- Perform routine equipment inspections and report concerns

5. Customer Service & Team Support

- Assist contractors and customers with material pickups
- Provide courteous and professional service at all times
- Support warehouse, sales, and installation teams as required
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to accurately handle inventory and paperwork
- Basic computer skills considered an asset
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
