Alliance Employment Group is looking for General Laborers to join our team!

Shift timings are 8am to 4.30pm , the project is starting 24th August 2026

Job responsibilities include:

- Assembling work stations
- Inform supervisor of any defects in equipment or individual parts
- Unloading trailers
- Operating pallet jacks
- Taping
- Installing signage and guardrails
- Garbage removal
- Using hand and power tools
- Heavy lifting
- General warehouse maintenance and cleaning

Required Skills and Attributes:

- Punctual
- Team Player
- Capable of following exact directions and working with minimal supervision
- Solid attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Must be able to commuicate in basic English to clearly understand and follow the instructions provided by Supervisors/Leads on site.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in heavy assembly considered an asset.




- Must own pair of 6" steel toe safety boots
- Experience in landscaping, carpentry, car mechanics, assembly lines and concrete work is an asset.
- Physically able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
