Job Summary

We’re on the lookout for friendly, energetic individuals to join our team as Servers and Bartenders. In this role, you’ll be the face of our establishment, creating a welcoming atmosphere while delivering top-notch service to our guests. Whether taking orders, serving food and drinks, or handling payments, you’ll play a key part in ensuring everyone has a memorable experience. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and passionate about hospitality and food service.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS and process transactions efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and dining space, adhering to food safety regulations.




- Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations as needed to support smooth operations.

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Positive time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Experience in serving or bartending roles will help you hit the ground running but isn’t required—training will be provided!
