Job Overview

We’re looking for friendly and motivated Subway Sandwich Artists, both full-time and part-time, to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of the store, creating delicious sandwiches and ensuring our guests have a positive experience. If you enjoy working in a lively environment and take pride in your customer service skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Duties

- Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately using POS systems like Micros POS, and handle cash transactions with care.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in managing inventory by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.




- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safe food preparation and storage.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu options and dietary needs.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with restaurant POS systems like Micros POS is a plus.
- A team-oriented attitude with a positive approach to serving guests.
