Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, organized, and driven Recovery Specialist to join our team. This role involves locating, securing, and transporting assets while working independently across New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.The ideal candidate is hardworking, punctual, and confident interacting with the public. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment where each day may look different.Typical Work Day

- Begin each day by meeting in the Hanwell area to receive assignment folders
- Travel to assigned locations throughout New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island
- Work independently in the field while maintaining communication with your team
- Interact professionally with members of the public

Key Responsibilities

- Locate and secure assigned assets
- Safely transport secured assets
- Record and document all activities related to asset recovery (including photos, condition, and location)
- Communicate effectively to support resolution of repossession assignments
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Maintain vehicle compliance and proper documentation

- Punctual and reliable

Requirements

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with no infractions
- Bilingual
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Clean criminal record
- Ability to travel frequently across NB and PEI
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work on the road

Experience

- Previous repossession or related experience is considered an asset, but not required
- Ability to backup a truck and trailer would be considered an asset

Schedule & Perks

- Approximately 35 hours per week (hours may vary week to week)
- Flexible schedule
- Rare weekend work (additional compensation provided)
- No work during the Christmas period
- $25 daily per diem
- Supportive work environment, including a reduced-scent workplace policy
