- Maintain clear and qualified communication with clients before, during, and after sessions to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals when necessary.
- Ensure all treatment areas are clean, sanitized, and well-organized in compliance with health and safety standards.




- Keep accurate records of client treatments, progress notes, and appointments in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and service quality.

Qualifications

- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist from the appropriate regulatory body.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming, empathetic environment for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain procedures and address client concerns.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
