The Opportunity

As a Taproom Server, you are the heart of the guest experience. You won’t just be dropping off plates; you’ll be guiding guests through our menu, sharing the story behind our craft, and making everyone who walks through our doors feel like a regular.

What You’ll Be Doing

Guide the Experience: Educate guests on our rotating tap list and scratch kitchen menu with enthusiasm and authenticity.

Cultivate Community: Build rapport with locals and create a welcoming, vibrant setting for first-time visitors.

Keep Things Moving: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment – balancing tables, pour stations, and guest needs seamlessly.

Collaborate: Partner closely with our back-of-house team, respecting the care that goes into every dish and pint served.
