About the Role

Big White Spa Services is a well-established hot tub maintenance and repair company operating at Big White Ski Resort. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and practical Hot Tub Maintenance Supervisor to take a leading role in the day-to-day operation of our hot tub maintenance department.

This is a position with real responsibility and autonomy. You will oversee the daily workload, manage and support employees, deal with customer and guest issues, solve problems as they arise, and ensure our services are delivered to a high standard.

You will have the support of the General Manager when needed, particularly for larger or more complex issues, but we are looking for someone who is confident making decisions, taking ownership, and finding solutions independently.

No two days are likely to be the same, so the ability to adapt, prioritize, and problem-solve is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the hot tub maintenance department
- Manage, support, and coordinate a team of hot tub technicians and maintenance staff
- Organize daily and weekly schedules and adjust workloads as priorities change
- Ensure scheduled hot tub checks, maintenance, repairs, and water changes are completed on time and to a high standard
- Deal with unexpected issues and problem-solve throughout the day
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues and coordinate the appropriate response
- Communicate professionally with property owners, property managers, customers, and resort guests
- Handle customer concerns and work to find practical and effective solutions
- Monitor the quality of work completed by employees and provide guidance and support where required
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure important information is communicated to the team
- Assist with inventory management and ensure the team has the necessary equipment, chemicals, and parts




- Assist with hands-on hot tub maintenance and repairs when required

Experience and Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory, management, maintenance, hospitality, property management, or service-based role would be beneficial.

Experience with hot tubs, pools, plumbing, mechanical systems, or general maintenance would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We are happy to provide training in hot tub maintenance and our company procedures for the right candidate.

A valid driver's licence is required.
