Prep Cook – UNA pizza + wine

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes to UNA’s high standards, following recipes and guidelines.
- Assist with food prep, including chopping, slicing, and ingredient preparation.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and stocked throughout service.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain a high level of food safety and cleanliness at all times.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen atmosphere.

Requirements:

- Previous kitchen experience, preferably in a rapid-paced, high-volume setting.




- Strong knife skills and knowledge of proper food handling.
- A passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work well under pressure and stay organized.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Must be available Thursday through Sunday.
