About the Role
Second Cup and Pita Pit are looking for a dependable and energetic Daytime Team Member to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and taking pride in a clean, organized workplace, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly, qualified manner
- Prepare coffee, beverages, and fresh food items
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Restock merchandise and supplies
- Clean and sanitize work areas, dining room, and equipment
- Complete overnight cleaning and preparation for the morning shift
- Follow food safety, health, and company standards
- Work independently while maintaining a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail, café, restaurant, or convenience store experience is an asset, but not required
