Summit Golf Club is a private 18-hole Championship golf course in Richmond Hill with excellent practice and clubhouse facilities, fine hospitality, social activities, and a membership that is passionate about the game of golf.

We are looking to hire dedicated and energetic individuals who are interested in joining our Greens/Turf Care team for the remainder of our golf season. The Turf Care team is responsible for taking care of the golf course, greens, and gardens to ensure they are maintained to the highest standards.

Preference will be given to those that are available weekdays and weekends and can work into the fall season.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the maintenance of the greens, tees, rough, and fairways including mowing, cutting and trimming
- Assist in the maintenance of the bunkers including raking, blowing, weeding, and trimming
- Assist with project work, including soil preparation, sodding, tree trimming and removal




- Operate a variety of small and large equipment including mowers, tractors, golf carts, and other landscape equipment
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements

- Experience in golf course maintenance is an asset but not required
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Robust work ethic - flexible availability, strong teamwork and communication skills, and a commitment to working in a safe and respectable manner
