Willow Branch is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality behavioural services to children and other individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to Instructor Therapists
- Review and approve individualized ABA programs and behaviour support plans
- Review and analyze client data to monitor progress and guide programming decisions
- Collaborate with families, Senior Therapists and other professionals
- Maintain accurate, timely and confidential clinical documentation
- Ensure that all services comply with professional, ethical and CPBAO regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Active registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario as an R.B.A. (Ont.)
- A relevant master’s degree
- Experience supporting children or other individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A current Vulnerable Sector Check
Pay: $60.00-$100.00 per hour
