About the role

You'll own the flow of orders from the moment they land with us to the moment they head out the door. Accuracy matters. Pace matters. So does the quiet satisfaction of a clean pick, a well-packed box, and a tidy workspace at the end of the day.

What you'll do

- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle order entry and related data work with a steady hand
- Track down missing product and sort out the little mysteries that come with a busy warehouse
- Help customers through returns and credits with patience and clarity
- Pitch in on our annual inventory count
- Cover Chat, e-Transfers, and shipping estimates as backup
- Flag low stock before it becomes a problem
- Keep your space — and the shared space — organized and ready to go
- Step in for teammates on vacation and help wherever you're needed





What we're looking for

- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at pace
- Able to handle the physical side of warehouse work — lifting, moving, being on your feet
- A clear communicator and a genuine problem-solver
- Comfortable with computers and quick to pick up new systems
- Prior shipping or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
- Most of all: a good attitude and the kind of work ethic that shows up

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
