Core Responsibilities
- Provide efficient chairside assistance during restorative, surgical, and cosmetic procedures.
- Support front desk operations, including answering phone lines, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments.
- Prepare, sterilize, and maintain clinical instruments and treatment rooms according to safety protocols.
- Capture high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral images.
- Manage clinical inventory, track lab cases, and maintain accurate electronic patient charts.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid Dental Assisting Certification/License (Level II or equivalent).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Basic front desk or administrative competency, with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Minimum of 1-2 year(s) of chairside experience preferred (motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Robust professional demeanor and attention to detail.
Asset: Prior knowledge or experience with dental reception duties and software is highly valued.
