Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate AVOP DA Trainer to provide delivery of comprehensive training programs focused on the Airside Vehicle Operators Permit program at Toronto Pearson International Airport

Duties

- Deliver effective classroom and practical training sessions to diverse learner groups from companies across the airport
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and resources to employees post-training to reinforce learning outcomes and promote continuous development.

Requirements

- Proven experience in delivering classroom and practical training
- Strong knowledge of the GTAA Airport Traffic Directives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly through public speaking and presentation skills




- Must hold a Transportation Security Clearance (Purple RAIC)
- Must hold a DA AVOP with at least 3 years experience and be active within the past 6 months
- Must have a clean AVOP record with no major infractions or warnings in the last 5 years

Experience:
