Duties

- Assist senior stylists with preparing clients and setting up styling stations to ensure smooth service flow
- Perform basic hair washing, conditioning, and towel drying to support styling processes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas in compliance with health standards
- Engage with clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments and answering inquiries with friendly professionalism
- Support retail sales by recommending hair care products suited to client needs and upselling where appropriate




- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Help manage appointment schedules, ensuring timely and organized client flow

Experience

- No prior professional experience required; a strong desire to learn and grow in the beauty industry is essential
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Experience in customer service or retail sales is advantageous, demonstrating your ability to engage positively with clients
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to assist with front desk operations and appointment management
