Company Overview

Oppizi is an offline marketing company specializing in face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns. We are currently hiring energetic and reliable Brand Ambassadors to support our upcoming Back-to-School campaign at McMaster University.

You’ll represent well-known brands such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other leading consumer brands, engaging directly with students and passers-by in high-traffic campus areas.

About the Role

This is not a traditional retail or cashier position. We’re looking for confident, outgoing people who enjoy starting conversations, promoting offers, and working toward clear performance goals.

If you have experience in direct sales, field marketing, fundraising, events, street teams, or lead generation, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

- Approach and engage students and passers-by in high-foot-traffic areas.
- Introduce promotional offers and distribute flyers with QR codes.
- Deliver a clear and engaging 30-second pitch.
- Handle questions and objections professionally.
- Work toward daily scan, sign-up, and redemption targets.
- Track performance through the Oppizi mobile app.
- Share feedback with your City Manager regarding locations and campaign performance.
- Represent Oppizi and our partner brands professionally.

Requirements





- 6+ months of experience in direct sales, field marketing, fundraising, events, lead generation, street teams, or outbound sales.
- Comfortable approaching strangers continuously during a 3-hour shift.
- Confident handling rejection and engaging with different types of people.
- Comfortable standing and walking outdoors for extended periods.
- Smartphone with mobile data (iOS or Android).
- Reliable, punctual, and target-oriented.
- Fluent English communication skills.

Compensation

Base compensation + bonus + commission

Schedule

- Part-time
- Morning, day, and evening shifts
- Monday–Friday
- Weekends as needed
- 4-week seasonal contract
