What is a Live-In Caregiver?

- Live 24/7 in a client’s home on a 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off rotation.
- Assist clients with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and companionship during daytime hours.
- Sleep in a designated room at night while being available for emergencies.
- Enhance the client’s quality of life by promoting independence, dignity, social, emotional, and physical well-being.

Your Role

As a Live-In Caregiver, you will:

- Provide dignified personal care, ensuring clients feel respected and independent.
- Apply specialized Teepa Snow dementia care techniques when needed.
- Maintain a professional, compassionate presence in the client’s home.
- Observe and report client changes,



collaborating with our office team to proactively adjust care plans.
- Become a valued part of the client’s life, providing continuity, support, and companionship.

Who You Are

- Experienced: 5+ years in hands-on caregiving, preferably including live-in or dementia care.
- Compassionate & Reliable: You prioritize clients’ dignity and well-being, and families can trust you fully.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Mobile: Driver’s license preferred (car optional).
- Willing to Learn: Open to training and continuing education.
