Hiring | Lease Account Officer

- Location: Richmond, BC
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMCompensation: To be discussed
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle lease applications and related documentation
- Follow up on client applications, approvals, and funding progress
- Coordinate with financial institutions and internal departments
- Provide professional leasing advice and build long-term client relationships
- Proactively develop business opportunities by visiting dealerships and building partnerships
- Assist with daily administrative duties
- Report directly to the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and support daily sales and operational activities

Requirements:

- High school diploma or above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, detail-focused, and responsible
- Professional appearance and positive work attitude
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word)
- Multilingual candidates preferred (English / Cantonese / Mandarin, etc.)




- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Previous related experience is an asset (training provided for the right candidate)

Pay: From $47,000.00 per year

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Automotive sales industry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
