One of our manufacturing clients in Windsor-Essex region is looking for a Shipping Receiving Manager for their plant.

Pay - Up to $85K

Responsibilities:

- Lead and support daily transportation and logistics operations.

- Plan and coordinate domestic and export shipments using SAP, ERP, and customer portals.

- Prepare shipping documentation, including customs invoices and USMCA certificates.

- Monitor SAP IDOCs and resolve system-related issues.

- Oversee shipment scheduling, transportation planning, and truck utilization.

- Resolve shipment delays, delivery issues, and transportation exceptions.

- Coordinate with customers, carriers, warehouse, production, and shipping teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transportation efficiency.

- Monitor transportation performance and communicate operational updates to management.

- Prepare transportation reports and performance metrics.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience.

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in transportation or logistics.

- Experience with SAP, ERP systems, TMS, and customer portals.
