We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Construction Subcontractor, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible with scheduling, and skilled in a variety of construction and renovation tasks. This role requires someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality work in both residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general construction, renovation, and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial projects.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist crew members with daily tasks and project organization.
- Perform repairs and maintenance both inside and outside properties.
- Carry out demolition work and site cleanup to ensure protected and tidy workspaces.
- Complete finish carpentry, drywall installation, mudding, taping, sanding, and painting Installing kitchen cabinets and vanities, basic plumbing and electrical.
- Install and repair windows, doors, siding, fencing, and decks.
- Installation of tiles for tub surround, backsplash
- Installation of flooring, laminate, LVP, glue down vinyl plank.
- Assist with roofing and landscaping projects.
- Work comfortably at heights and on ladders.
- Transport materials and operate fleet vehicles as required.

Skills & Qualification





- Previous construction experience is mandatory (minimum [insert years, e.g., 2–3 years] preferred).
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repair/renovation work.
- Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, or plans.
- Comfortable with physical labour, including lifting, carrying, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work variable shifts (including occasional weekends).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is an asset.
- Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a clean, organized job site.
