Responsibilities:

- Greeting guests upon their arrival professionally and with a smile

- Assisting guests with inquiries in person and over the phone

- Providing exceptional, personalized table service to our guests

- Learning, knowing and staying up-to-date on our current menus, bar and dining specials and events, COVID-19 protocols, and hotel protocols and rules

- Various side duties as assigned
