Join the excitement of one of the world's most iconic live entertainment brands. Adecco is seeking experienced Event Team Lead to lead frontline teams and support the successful delivery of exceptional guest experiences during Cirque du Soleil performances.
This leadership role is ideal for professionals with experience in hospitality, guest services, food and beverage, entertainment, tourism, venue operations, or large-scale event management.
As an Event Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within assigned departments, including Food & Beverage, Ushers/House Operations, Merchandise, VIP Services, Concierge, or Box Office. You will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring operational excellence, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining world-class service standards.

- Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

- Location: Ottawa, ON

- Shift: 2 hours prior to the beginning of the show until the second part of the last show. Hours will vary | 5 days a week (subject to change according to the show schedule)

- Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily event operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

- Lead, coach, and motivate frontline team members.

- Coordinate staffing assignments and operational workflows.

- Assist with operational planning and decision-making during live events.





- Handle guest concerns and support issue resolution.

- Ensure compliance with safety, service, and operational procedures.

- Communicate effectively with department leaders and touring management teams.

- Monitor team performance and provide real-time coaching and support.

- Maintain a professional presence in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

- Strong customer service and team leadership skills.

- Experience in hospitality, live events, entertainment, tourism, attractions, or venue operations.

- Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Smart Serve Certification.

- Cash handling experience.

- Inventory management experience.

- Crowd management or venue operations experience.

- Experience using radio communication systems.

- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
