Navkar Logistics Ltd. is seeking reliable, professional Owner-Operators to provide dedicated medication and pharmacy deliveries in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

Position Overview

As an Owner-Operator Delivery Driver, you will safely transport prescription medications, pharmacy products, and other healthcare-related shipments between pharmacies, clinics, long-term care facilities, customers, and designated delivery locations.

You will represent Navkar Logistics and our healthcare clients through punctual, confidential, and professional service.

Responsibilities

- Pick up and deliver medication orders accurately and on schedule

- Handle all shipments with care, discretion, and confidentiality

- Verify delivery details and obtain proof of delivery where required

- Follow assigned routes, delivery instructions, and service timelines

- Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding pickups, delays, or delivery issues

- Maintain a clean, reliable, and professional vehicle

- Follow all applicable traffic laws, safety procedures, and client protocols

- Ensure temperature-sensitive or special-handling shipments are managed according to instructions

- Provide exceptional customer service at every delivery location

Requirements





- Own a reliable vehicle suitable for local deliveries, such as a sedan, SUV, minivan, or cargo van

- Valid Manitoba driver’s licence and a clean driving record

- Active vehicle registration and insurance

- Ability to pass a criminal background check

- Smartphone with data plan and ability to use delivery/dispatch applications

- Strong communication skills and professional appearance

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Experience in courier, pharmacy, medical, or last-mile delivery is an asset

- Knowledge of Winnipeg and surrounding areas is preferred
