Part-Time Sports Facility Operations Attendant

Our facility is designed to deliver premium standards on and off the field, and every team member plays a role in creating an environment that feels professional, welcoming, and world-class.

We are hiring Part-Time Sports Facility Operations Attendant to support front-of-house operations, customer service, facility presentation, and event execution. This role is ideal for reliable, energetic individuals who take pride in high standards and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet members, players, parents, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage check-in for members, programs, camps, and events
- Answer basic questions and direct customers to the appropriate staff when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the facility to premium standards at all times
- Support setup, flow, and guest needs during birthday parties, rentals, and special events
- Monitor common areas to ensure safety, order, and a positive experience
- Assist with light administrative or operational tasks as needed
- Represent the FTY Lab brand with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail





What We’re Looking For

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a busy, active environment
- Able to multitask and stay calm during peak periods
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or facility experience is an asset
- Soccer or sports facility experience is a bonus, but not required

Schedule & Availability

This is a part-time role with shifts available during evenings, weekends, and peak event times. Availability during weekends is required.

Compensation

Hourly wage: $17.60 – $20 per hour, based on experience.
