Parkland IAQ Radon and Air Quality Limited is a growing indoor air quality company specializing in residential and commercial radon testing and mitigation throughout Westman and the Parkland region.

Our work focuses on reducing elevated radon levels and improving indoor air quality in homes and buildings. This includes installing sub-slab depressurization systems, sealing sump pits and foundation openings, completing crawlspace encapsulations, installing ventilation piping and radon fans, and performing diagnostic testing to determine the most effective mitigation solution.

The position involves a combination of construction, plumbing, ventilation and general renovation work. Typical duties may include drilling concrete, running PVC piping, installing and sealing sump lids, working in basements and crawlspaces, mounting exterior equipment, completing diagnostic testing and maintaining a clean,



qualified job site.

Our regular work schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with Wednesdays off. The average workday is approximately 10 hours and may occasionally be longer due to travel. We provide services across Manitoba, so this position involves a significant amount of driving and regular travel throughout Westman and the Parkland region. Applicants must be comfortable working longer days when required.

Previous experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry or another mechanical trade is considered an asset but is not required. No previous radon experience is necessary, as complete training will be provided.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
