What You’ll Do

- Create tailored, memorable experiences by understanding the client’s preferences, lifestyle and need; offering thoughtful recommendations before the client asks.
- Provide expert product knowledge; helping the client understand the quality, craftsmanship and brand story of various product lines to confidently guide clients in their purchasing decisions.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent high-quality service.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized communication.
- Maintain a refined, welcoming boutique environment that enhances the overall client journey.
- Manage sales transactions with discretion and efficiency.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and thoughtfully, seeking opportunities to exceed expectations.

What You Bring

- You are a polished professional with 3-5 years sales experience and a strong focus on customer experience.
- A results-driven mindset with a minimum close rate of 65% and passion for client relationships.
- Interest in developing product expertise (training provided).
- Previous sales course training.
- GIA,



AGS or Canadian Jewellers JETTS certification or willingness to complete (asset).
