Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Van Delivery Driver to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. Your ability to handle heavy lifting, operate forklifts when necessary, and communicate effectively will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a delivery van to transport goods to various locations
- Load and unload items using appropriate techniques, including heavy lifting and forklift operation when required
- Ensure accurate delivery of orders while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding delivery times and any issues




- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation

Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with moving heavy items and warehouse operations
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
