Position Overview

Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with an established Winnipeg organization to recruit a Sponsorship Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys research, relationship building, and supporting sponsorship and fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Research companies, organizations, and potential partners to identify new sponsorship opportunities.
- Gather and organize information to help support sponsorship and fundraising strategies.
- Prepare research summaries, reports, and briefing materials for meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate sponsorship and contact information within the organization’s database.
- Track partner interactions, opportunities, and sponsorship activity.
- Monitor business and community news to identify organizations, trends, and opportunities that may be relevant to the organization.
- Support sponsorship, fundraising, and special projects as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure information is accurate, organized, and easily accessible.

Requirements

- Legally entitled to work in Canada.




- 3+ years of experience in sponsorship, fundraising, research, marketing, business development, administration, or a related field.
- Solid research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with databases, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and various sources of information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in a non-profit, fundraising, sponsorship, or community-focused environment is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Research, or a related field is an asset.
