Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and motivated Framers to join our dynamic construction team! As a Framer, you will play a vital role in building the structural framework of residential and restoration projects. Your expertise in working with hand and power tools, and handling heavy materials will ensure that each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This is an exciting prospect for individuals passionate about construction and carpentry to contribute to impactful building projects while honing their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Construct building frameworks
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, siding, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
- Operate heavy equipment safely to move materials on-site
- Execute concrete forming and finishing tasks with precision to ensure durability and quality
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of construction and heavy lifting tasks

Experience

- Proven experience in construction, carpentry,



or related fields
- Skilled in woodworking techniques or having an ability to learn
- Familiarity with wall building and installation work is preferred
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently; experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Comfortable performing heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- Prior experience working with hand tools, and construction plans is highly valued

Pay: $17.00-$45.00 per hour
