Cool As A Moose is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team in the heart of Victoria! Our Sales Associates set the tone for our customer experience while fostering our core values of Passion, Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Welcome and assist customers in finding the perfect items.
- Process sales, exchanges, and refunds.
- Maintain knowledge of promotions, sales, and store policies.
- Keep the store organized, stocked, and inviting.
- Perform opening and closing duties of the store.
- Work as part of a team to create an exceptional shopping experience.

On your application, we’ll be looking for the following qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy retail workplace.
- A team player with attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for outdoor apparel and tourism in Québec.
- Ability to safely lift 30 lbs and move throughout the sales floor.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Previous experience working on a retail sales floor is an asset.
- Proficiency with a cash register and handling cash transactions is an asset.
