TwinCon Enterprises Ltd. is a growing civil construction company with 15 years of experience delivering quality earthworks, excavation, underground utilities, subdivision development, road construction, and related civil projects throughout the Okanagan.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Kelowna team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced civil construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working with clients and field teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

The Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple civil construction projects from award through completion. You will work closely with our Management Team, Superintendents, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are well planned, properly coordinated, and successfully delivered.
Our projects include:
- Underground water, sewer and storm infrastructure
- Mass grading and earthworks
- Site development
- Clearing and grubbing
- Road construction and asphalt paving
- Subdivision development
- Public and private civil construction projects
What You'll Do
- Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, quality and progress
- Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate sequencing with Superintendents
- Work closely with field teams to ensure projects are progressing according to plan
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, general contractors and other stakeholders
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts and project requirements
- Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors and project logistics
- Manage purchase orders, contracts,
change orders and extra work
- Monitor project costs, job costing and financial performance
- Identify potential issues and develop solutions before they impact the project
- Communicate project requirements and expectations clearly to Superintendents and field personnel
- Track project progress and ensure required documentation is completed
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Coordinate project completion, deficiencies and closeout
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract requirements, company standards and safety expectations
- Help improve project management processes, procedures and efficiencies
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Project Management experience in the civil construction industry
- Proven experience successfully managing civil construction projects from start to finish
- Robust understanding of civil construction practices and field operations
- Experience with underground utilities, including water, sewer and storm drainage
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts and job costing
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications and contracts
- Understanding of MMCD and standard civil construction specifications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, Superintendents and employees
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
Experience That Will Set You Apart
- Experience managing subdivision, infrastructure or site development projects
- Experience working with public and private sector clients
- Estimating and tendering experience
- Experience with construction software such as CAS, Trimble, HeavyBid, Bluebeam or similar
- Technical diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
Equivalent hands-on civil construction experience will be considered.
