Role Summary:

Lead project planning and execution, from budget and schedule to material flow and site support. Responsible for coordinating all phases of delivery and acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain project schedule using MS Project or similar tools
- Forecast material needs and track delivery timelines
- Manage site equipment planning and movement
- Handle project budgets, tracking labor, material, and equipment costs
- Approve and issue purchase orders, track invoices and supplier pricing
- Coordinate subcontractor scopes and monitor quality of execution
- Lead project meetings and communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Prepare and issue RFIs,



COs, and delay notices as needed
- Track risks and site issues that may impact cost or schedule
- Support safety compliance and site-readiness
- Ensure smooth project turnover and closeout packages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
