Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a welcoming tone.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Provide exceptional guest services by anticipating needs, answering questions about menu items,



and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and order calculations.
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, upselling, cash handling, and guest services.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay: Up to $17.60 per hour
