As an Associate Investment Advisor, you will join a structured mentorship program designed to teach you the ins and outs of the wealth-management business. You will work directly alongside experienced advisors, receive hands-on coaching, and develop the skills needed to build and grow your own practice.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 role. Building a successful wealth-management practice requires long hours, persistence, discipline, and a strong willingness to develop new business. As an Associate Investment Advisor, you will:

- Develop and implement business-development strategies to acquire current clients
- Prospect and build relationships with potential clients
- Analyze clients’ financial needs, objectives, risk tolerance, and investment horizon
- Prepare financial projections and investment analyses under your mentor’s guidance




- Participate in client meetings and learn the complete advisory process
- Work consistently toward building and serving your own wealth-management clientele
- Be persistent, accountable, and willing to put in the hours required to succeed
