The ideal candidate will provide maintenance support & supervision of three downtown properties: One boutique hotel, two restaurants. Maintenance tasks will be recorded on maintenance checklists that will be completed with the help of two maintenance support staff. The ideal candidate can also assess when a task is outside of the maintenance crew's capabilities and must be deferred to an outside contractor.

Tasks may include:
- Wood work, wood repair (tables, chairs, decking, fencing)

- Basic plumbing

- Basic electrical

- Basic landscaping

- Basic tiling

- Grafitti removal

- Painting/Staining/Finishing

- Work on ladders, in smaller spaces

The ideal candidate is experienced in general trades, looking to finish their career working in a lower-labour atmosphere. Shifts generally start at 7am, with Friday afternoon and weekends off.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
