Duties

- Assist dentist during a variety of procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Support front desk operations by managing patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate dental records using AbelDent, documenting procedures and patient information thoroughly.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health.




- Float between different operatories and specialties as needed to ensure all areas are fully staffed and operational.

Skills

- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry, orthodontics, pediatrics, and general health.
- Solid organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly with patients of all ages.

H.A.R.P. certification is an asset.

Valid Canadian Red Cross First Aid & CPR Level A, C, & AED or Equivalent is required.

Pay: $20.74-$26.00 per hour
