**What are your contributions to the team?**

+ Be responsible for all procurement related activities for specific commodities of the various product development phases.
+ Act as a project manager to ensure all procurement related activities are executed as per plan.
+ Represent Procurement with the various integrated product development team.
+ Track changes through the management process up to the point of implementation.
+ Be responsible for contractual negotiations, resulting from product ranges, with external suppliers.
+ Ensure that correct project tracking and visibility are provided by suppliers for Procurement and other business unit functions.
+ Support, where applicable,



the Procurement commodity team in establishing sourcing strategies for the development programs and draft commercial agreements with the suppliers.
+ Provide coaching/mentoring to the agents of the team.

**How to thrive in this role?**

+ You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
+ You have eight (8) to twelve (12) years of experience in the aerospace industry.
+ You possess experience in contract negotiations with suppliers.
+ You have experience on development programs (an asset).
+ You possess technical knowledge (an asset).
+ You have strong analytical skills.
+ You possess robust communication skills (French and English).
