Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the dining area, assisting with orders, and maintaining a high standard of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
- Assist in serving food and beverages while adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Follow all food handling regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Skills





- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using POS systems; experience with Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations in the food industry.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining hospitality standards.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Quick service restaurant : 1 year (preferred)
