Healthcare Marketing & Business Development Manager

Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario
Type: Full-Time/Part-time

We are looking for a creative, motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of our clinic’s marketing and social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase brand awareness, online engagement and new patient inquiries.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Create engaging posts, Reels, videos, stories and educational healthcare content.
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Create fresh, creative and relevant content that reflects our clinic and services.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
- Manage online campaigns and promotions to generate new patient inquiries.
- Work closely with the team managing the clinic’s website and Google presence.
- Monitor and improve the clinic’s online reputation and digital presence.
- Track social media performance, website traffic, leads and marketing results.
- Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to improve results.




- Stay up to date with social media platforms, digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Experience creating short-form video content, Reels and social media graphics.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement and audience growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organized and highly self-motivated.
- Comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar content-creation platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns independently.
- Healthcare or medical marketing experience is an asset.

We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of our social media and digital marketing presence, bring fresh and creative ideas, and directly contribute to increasing our online visibility, engagement and recent patient inquiries.
