We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team!

In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, strong knowledge of our Neapolitan-style pizza and B.C. and Italian wines, and a warm, welcoming attitude.

Compensation

$18.25–$20.00/hour + pooled tips

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide knowledgeable descriptions of food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are clearly communicated.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety.
- Handle cash and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Make thoughtful recommendations and upsell menu items while always prioritizing the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service areas, including tables, dining spaces, and food and beverage stations.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with the kitchen and wider service team to ensure smooth and timely service.





Skills & Experience

- Previous serving experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems; Toast POS experience is an asset.
- Excellent time management and the ability to confidently manage multiple tables and priorities.
- Good understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes guests feel at home.
- Comfortable with basic math, including billing and payment processing.
- A natural ability to make recommendations and introduce guests to menu items.
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Barista and bartending experience is a outstanding asset.

We're a busy, close-knit team where everyone is cross-trained across different areas of the restaurant. While your primary role will be serving, we believe in supporting one another and jumping in wherever needed. This may include helping with bar, coffee, dish, expo, and hosting during busy periods.

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
