We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Highway Drivers to join our team. This role involves hauling flat deck loads within the local region while maintaining a high standard of customer service and protected operation. You will be home every night and work with a supportive dispatch and operations team. Note : For Highway drivers salary is percentage base. Every weekend at home .Dedicated route to AB to MB / AB to SK / Alberta Wide .

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a flat deck truck/ Super B for local deliveries and pickups
- Secure loads using chains, straps, tarps, and other equipment according to regulations
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers




- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
- Handle materials safely during loading and unloading as required

Requirements

- Valid Class 1 with clean driving record
- Experience with flat deck loads / B train loads
- Ability to lift, secure, and tarp loads
- Strong understanding of load securement and safe hauling practices
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Reliable, professional, and safety-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
