Our organization is currently seeking a positive, energetic individual to fill the position of Junior Warehouse Technician the Warehouse Technician will be responsible for keeping records of parts received and parts issued, while maintaining a quality in which best suits the company so that operation is not jeopardized.
Basic duties:
- Responsible for the shipping, receiving, and maintenance of inventory.
- Parts Billing and Purchasing Assistance.
- Maintain inventory control records, monthly reports, records of services and repairs. Including monthly cycle counts
- Ensure everything required for the operation is acquired at the right time
- Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, monitoring core returns and warrants
- Yard organization, loading and Unloading of Freight
- Monitor accuracy of all inventory levels, recommending any necessary changes to management and resolving any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the movements of goods from vendors and returns with the best shipping mode in accordance with the company policy.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Ability to utilize multiple computer programs, including Microsoft Office and database software
- 2-3 Years’ experience in a warehouse/parts position
- Clean Driver's Abstract/ Valid Class 5 License
- Ability to operate a forklift in a protected and responsible manner

This position is Monday to Friday or potentially Tuesday to Saturday. It is based locally in Fort McMurray, AB. Transportation to and from the site will be provided. The successful candidate will be required to provide references, and all offers are subject to successful completion of a standard Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
