```Job Overview:```
We are currently seeking a Boat Yard & Property Attendant to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for providing assistance and support in various areas around the marina, but mainly focused on helping to operate our boat yard, as well as general maintenance on the docks and around the property. This is a great prospect for a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic who enjoys a low stress work environment.

```Responsibilities:```
- General property upkeep and maintenance
- Assisting our staff with the boat lifting and boat moving procedure
- Learning the operational equipment (Forklifts, Travelift, Tow-Boat, etc.)
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of work areas




- Providing support to team members as needed

```Skills:```
- Basic mechanical and/or maintenance knowledge is a plus (but not required)
- Self motivated
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
