We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate processing of weekly accounts payable, and managing and maintaining precise records. The ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting software, (Spire, BuildOps, Vendor Cafe), strong data entry skills, and a solid understanding of bookkeeping practices. Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable by matching packing slips and PO's to Invoices
- Familiarity with accounts payable procedures and account reconciliation techniques
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze financial data effectively and identify discrepancies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
