About This Role

This is a part-time contract position for a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (MSW) with experience in couples therapy or trauma-informed practice. You will join a small, warm, collaborative team based in the Old East Hill neighbourhood of Belleville, Ontario, serving the Quinte region and Hastings County.

You will work with adults 19 years and older and couples. Experience with families, children, or adolescents is a strong asset. You will bring your own training in evidence-based modalities, ideally Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), or other experiential or somatic approaches.

You will carry a caseload of approximately 15 sessions per week, working mostly in person, with virtual sessions available as an option. This is not a fully virtual position.

· Tiered compensation based on experience, starting at $75–$117 per session, across Intern, Registered, and Senior tiers

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

· Registration in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), or

· Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) as a Registered Social Worker (RSW) holding a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree

· Professional liability insurance

· Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive) an asset — training provided

· Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment

Strong Assets

· Training and clinical experience in EFT, EMDR, IFS, or other experiential or somatic modalities

· Experience with couples therapy, trauma-informed practice, anxiety, depression, PTSD,



or complex trauma

· Experience working with families, children, or adolescents

· Interest in contributing to community-based programming in Hastings County
