Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and standards aligned with industry best practices in casting cyclinders .
- Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of concrete issues, and for process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage documentation related to quality metrics, inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions..

Experience





- Proven experience in concrete ready mix environments with a strong focus on quality control and assurance.
- Demonstrated expertise in analysis skills to interpret data, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Strong understanding of concrete ready mix processes, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and lead training sessions on quality protocols in testing concrete.
