Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker/ Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our client in Aurora.

Shift: Monday to Friday
Shift: 7AM – 4PM

Pay: up to $22/hr

Responsibilities

- Follow company Health & Safety policies and procedures, ensuring the safe and proper operation of all equipment.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Safely and efficiently complete scheduled loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Conduct daily inspections of vehicles and equipment and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members to achieve daily and weekly operational goals.
- Assist with basic metal shop duties, including handling, bending, and shaping metal materials as required.

Requirements

- Strong commitment to workplace safety and protected work practices.
- Valid G Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.




- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Basic math skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong team-player mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of forklift experience required.
- Experience in the building supply industry is an asset.
- Familiarity with metal shop work, including metal bending and shaping, is an asset but not required.

PHYSICAL CONDITIONS

· Safely lift up to 80 lbs
· Lifting, pushing, pulling and bending required

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
